A brand becomes stronger when you narrow the focus.

Interviews with senior management, employees, customers, and industry experts provide an intimate glance into the uniqueness of a company. If one is lucky, the CEO is a visionary who has clear picture of an ideal future and all its possibilities. Often, such visionaries are hard to find. It is important to look for the gold— sometimes a business is so busy servicing its customers, that is has forgotten the core ideas around why it is so successful. Sometimes it takes a customer’s loyalty and clarity to bring it back. Sometimes, listening to a sales presentation by the company’s most successful rep provides valuable insight.
