Quality control and time issues are always a challenge in the restaurant business since numerous vendors around the world are used. They each have different technical requirements and require lead times that seem to come out of another century. Matches are always made in Japan and require a 18 week lead with a minimum quantity of 30 thousand. Fili, usually gets the business card printed first, so that it can be used as an optimum color guide for everyone from the awning painter to the napkin manufacture.

The restaurant, a successful business venture, looks as if it has always been part of the neighborhood. The business owner paid Fili the highest compliment when he said, “The restaurant never had a direction until we had a logo.”
