Quality control and time issues are always a challenge in the restaurant business since numerous vendors around the world are used. The restaurant, a successful business venture, looks as if it has always been part of the neighborhood. The business owner paid Fili the highest compliment when he said, “The restaurant never had a direction until we had a logo.”
