Brand Touchpoints | Part Three

Brand has entered everyone’s lexicon. Brand touchpoints are embedded in our daily lives, as in “Let’s FedEx it to Chattanooga” or Nike’s “Just do it” tag-line slogan. Brand touchpoints surround us everyday from You Tube videos, to e-mail newsletters, to retail packaging, to web banners, to shopping mall signage, to business cards, to trade show booths, to showroom merchandise displays, to word of mouth, a strong brand stands out in a densely crowded marketplace.

While being remembered is essential, it’s becoming harder everyday. For many, the brand is the trademark. Even those who don’t precisely know what a brand is want one.
